In the summer of 2007, the White Stripes embarked on one of the most ambitious cross-Canada tours in history, playing shows in all ten provinces and all three territories. From coast to coast they rocked stadiums, concert halls, clubs, pool halls, fishing boats and transit buses alike, painting the nation red and white in their wake (well…more red and white than it already was, at least).
McNutt Against the Music was at the band’s two Nova Scotia concerts, including the band’s tenth anniversary blowout at the Savoy Theatre in Glace Bay which was filmed for DVD posterity. Leading up to the shows themselves was an entire week of Stripes-related content on the blog, all of which is archived here for posterity.
